Refunds for the SBTI Test Full Profile Unlock product

We want you to feel good about your purchase. This Refund Policy explains when and how you can request a refund for the SBTI Test Full Profile Unlock product.

What's Covered

This policy applies to one-time digital purchases of the Full Profile Unlock ($3.99 USD per type) made through the SBTI Test website. SBTI Test does not currently sell subscriptions or recurring services.

The 7-Day Guarantee

You may request a full refund within 7 days of purchase, for any reason — no questions asked.

After 7 days, refund requests are evaluated case-by-case. We typically still grant refunds for:

  • Duplicate or accidental purchases
  • Technical issues that prevented you from accessing the unlocked content and could not be resolved
  • Charges you did not authorize

We may decline refunds in cases of clear abuse (e.g., repeated purchase-and-refund cycles or evidence of redistribution of unlocked content).

How to Request a Refund

Email support@sbtitest.co (or use the Contact page) with:

  1. The email address you used at Stripe checkout, or the Stripe receipt / payment ID, or your unlock link
  2. The SBTI type code you unlocked (e.g., CTRL, WILD, MAGE)
  3. A short note (a one-line "didn't love it" is fine)

We aim to respond within 2 business days.

How Refunds Are Issued

Approved refunds are issued back to your original payment method via Stripe. Most banks display the refund within 5–10 business days, though some take up to one billing cycle.

When a refund is issued:

  • Your unlock link is revoked and the unlocked content will no longer be accessible from any device.
  • The recovery email associated with the purchase will stop returning that unlock.

Chargebacks

If you have a question or concern about a charge, please email us first — we are quick and reasonable. Filing a chargeback before contacting us makes the situation harder to resolve and may result in your access being restricted.
