We want you to feel good about your purchase. This Refund Policy explains when and how you can request a refund for the SBTI Test Full Profile Unlock product.
This policy applies to one-time digital purchases of the Full Profile Unlock ($3.99 USD per type) made through the SBTI Test website. SBTI Test does not currently sell subscriptions or recurring services.
You may request a full refund within 7 days of purchase, for any reason — no questions asked.
After 7 days, refund requests are evaluated case-by-case. We typically still grant refunds for:

Approved refunds are issued back to your original payment method via Stripe. Most banks display the refund within 5–10 business days, though some take up to one billing cycle.
