The terms governing your use of SBTI Test and the Full Profile Unlock product

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the SBTI Test website (the "Site") and the paid Full Profile Unlock product (the "Service"). By using the Site or purchasing the Service, you agree to these Terms.
SBTI Test is an entertainment personality quiz inspired by 16-type personality frameworks, parodied as the "Silly Big Type Indicator." Results are humorous and reflective in nature. The quiz and any unlocked content are for entertainment purposes only and are not psychological, medical, or diagnostic advice.
Anyone can take the SBTI quiz for free. Your free result includes your type code, name, tagline, description, and core traits. No account is required to take the quiz.
The Full Profile Unlock is a one-time digital purchase priced at USD $3.99 that unlocks the extended profile for one specific SBTI result type, including:
Delivery: access is granted instantly after payment via a unique unlock link displayed in your browser and (if you provided an email at checkout) sent to that email for cross-device recovery.
Scope of access: the unlock applies only to the specific result type purchased. Each type sold separately. The unlock has no expiry and is not a subscription — there are no recurring charges.
License: you receive a personal, non-transferable license to view the unlocked content. You may not resell, redistribute, or republish the content.
Payments are processed by Stripe, Inc. SBTI Test does not store your card details. By purchasing, you agree to Stripe's terms (https://stripe.com/legal/consumer). All prices are listed in U.S. dollars and may be subject to local taxes.
Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy. In short: digital purchases are eligible for a full refund within 7 days of purchase if you contact us with your purchase email. Refunds are processed back to the original payment method.
If you lose access to the device or browser where you unlocked your profile, you can use the "Restore on this device" flow on the result page. We will email any unlock links associated with the address you provided at checkout. For privacy reasons, we cannot disclose whether a given email has any unlock records.

The Site, the quiz questions, the type taxonomy, the result copy, and all unlocked Full Profile content are owned by SBTI Test and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may share your own result code and a link to the Site, but you may not republish the unlocked profile content elsewhere without permission.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE", WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. Results, descriptions, and twin assignments are humorous and not based on validated psychometric instruments. Do not rely on SBTI Test for any decision of consequence.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SBTI Test's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid for the relevant Full Profile Unlock (currently USD $3.99), or USD $5.00 if no purchase was made.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date at the top. Continued use of the Site after changes means you accept the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which SBTI Test is operated, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles.
